Her recipe for years.
1 gallon commercial eggnog (we use Braum's)
2 1/2 C. bourbon
1 2/3 C. rum
1 2/3 C. brandy
Combine all ingredients and make sure booze is stirred into eggnog. Transfer mixture to glass bottles (we use wine, some w/twist tops).
Store upright (very important) in the refrigerator. It will keep for years as the booze floats to the top and seals the eggnog underneath.
Happy nog year!!
