For the last two decades, we’ve been constantly told that the future is China. China owns us. They are buying us up. They own our debt. Teach your children Mandarin. Etc.

We all know that the Chinese have stolen hundreds of billions (trillions of dollars?) of Intellectual Property from US companies. It’s the biggest theft in world history.

None of the last few presidential administrations (Clinton, Bush, Obama) made any real efforts to stop or even slow the Chinese theft.

And neither did the establishment Republican and Democrat politicians who are complaining about tarrifs

In any case, the more knowledge a person can about Chinese history, including Mao’s rise — the better.

It’s just as relevant to current events as the Bolshevik Revolution.
