They always over sample dems. It's the only way they can get the results they want. Has been happening for years.
I worked with a guy who worked part-time for a polling outfit when Bill Clements ran against John Hill in the 1978 governor's race in Texas. He told me repeatedly that Clements had no chance according to their polling. Clements won.
I had to make myself watch 2016 election returns. Trump didn't have a prayer. When Meghan Kelly announced blue wall state Wisconsin for Trump, man did I get giddy. When the brothers weren't showing up for the Godmother of the Clinton crime mob in Wayne County, Michigan and Cuyahoga County, Ohio I was twisting and shouting.

I was in LA election night, there was even a polling station in the hotel. I watched as long as possible and felt great by the time I fell asleep. Next morning was like one giant funeral procession there, never saw so many people looking dejected and sad.
