Has to do with the new rule about being on top and having to move up on a leg after a three count or you get a stalling call.
Overall, I understand and accept this. However, what if the bottom guy is moving forward, running wheel barrow style and trying to kick free.

This happened in the 174 lb final with Wilps of Pitt and Brown of Penn State. Wilps gets a late takedown to go up 4-3 with 10 seconds left. He grabs an ankle and Brown tries to kick out and starts going forward wheel barrow style and it's all Wilps can do to keep up with him and hang on. In my opinion, he wasn't stalling. He was just trying to ride him. He seem to try to move up but Brown was kicking and moving out. With 3 seconds left they award a penalty point to Brown so it's 4-4. Tragically, Wilps locks his hands in the final 3 seconds. The ref doesn't catch it, but the Penn St coaches challenge and Brown is awarded another penalty pt to win it.

I didn't like the call and think they should look at the interpretation of the rule. Also, with three seconds left in the past, many guys on top would have locked their hands briefly and then released and got away with it. Challenges and video replay is now changing outcomes.

Thoughts from any wrestlers on this??
