Good to see it, but I'm not sure she had a choice after giving Trump shit for calling out both sides. The latest douchebaggery in Berkley couldn't be brushed off because it got covered by the media and was blatantly obvious.

This is the most accurate, the internal polling and consultants have confirmed Antifa is hurting the Democrat brand. No quicker way to get a change out of most politicians than with a negative poll. Nancy would disavow her own mother if she polled bad.

this public denouncing and calling for such from both sides is effing stupid for several reasons

2. it gives the appearance that the group calling out the other group for not denouncing has some sort of moral and righteous high ground

I partially agree. I don't think anyone needs to denounce nazis or white supremacists or commies. It's pretty much mainstream that all three are un-American.
Antifa, however, has been legitimized by the MSM lately and someone from the left needed to step up and tell them it's not ok.

Maybe instead of beginning with a starting point that any side likes violence and thugs, it would be better to assume that people in general despise all forms of violence and thugs, and then we play whack a mole with medieval battleaxes on anyone that speaks in favor of violence and thugs. Seems that would keep the innocent majority out of the crosshairs.
