No they don't. Only those who are predisposed to believe in conspiracy theories believe this to be true. Plus, I have found, once someone wants to believe a conspiracy exists . . . it is often very difficult to get that person to see anything else.
btw, the whole DNC/Clinton thing was politics not a sudden tragic event that jolted the nation's conscience.
