LOL, I firmly believe that each home should have quality Kitchen knives. A chef's knife, an paring knife, and a decent serrated knife at the minimum. Spent some quiet time with a glass of bourbon and sharpened all my knives with a good whetstone. Felt a little Slingbladeish.
