Taking a chance and seeing if I can make some goose jerky. If it works this also will be great for duck.
Good to hear, the recipe I used is for goose or duck and if I like it I will do some duck next year.I never made goose jerky. We used to make duck jerky almost every year. Good stuff. Can’t imagine goose would be bad.
