Majorie, idiot extraordinaire

If only she was as smart as David, Syskatine and Orangestreak can you imagine what a formidable foe she would be? Because, let’s face it those three - especially @davidallen, just ask him if you don’t believe me - are flirting with genius status.

AG does not have to be a licensed attorney. Neither do S. Ct. justices.

Do you not cringe at the thought of a former Crossfit coach with no law degree standing up to simple questions of legal procedure in a public confirmation hearing?

I understand not much makes you cringe…being, well, you…but name me an attorney general who’s never graduated law school? Even Jeff Sessions got his crimson tide JD.

After reading some of Ketanji Brown Jackson's dissents and looking at some of her opinions MTG couldn't be any worse.

Lol. MGT would take a blow torch to Democrat corruption. That's what scares the pants off of you, not your concern about whether she has a law degree and law license. Cowboy up and admit the truth!

KBJ rode into the Supreme Court on the affirmative action short bus.

Yawn…

Jackson graduated from Harvard in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude.[22][12] Her senior thesis was titled "The Hand of Oppression: Plea Bargaining Processes and the Coercion of Criminal Defendants".[23] From 1992 to 1993, Jackson worked as a staff reporter and researcher for Timemagazine, attending Harvard Law School shortly afterwards. She was a supervising editor of the Harvard Law Review and graduated in 1996 with a Juris Doctor, cum laude.[24][25]

Judging the way she has presented some of her opinions one has to wonder if she was indeed an affirmative action graduate. Quite frankly she doesn’t come across as very bright. I remember way back several years ago saying the same thing about Kamala Harris, and that’s proven to be pretty accurate.

Let me add: writing a senior thesis is not indicative of much. At Harvard most undergrads are required to write one. My daughter did not go to Harvard, but her senior thesis was awarded as the outstanding paper in her entire class. My son did go to Harvard, was an English major, and in lieu of a thesis he submitted a series of poems which very nearly got published and were a factor in his getting hired as a literary editor at the New Republic magazine back when it was a magazine. What happened to Ms. Jackson after graduation probably had next to nothing to do with her thesis as far as her post-graduate job, but might have played a significant role in her getting into Harvard Law. (But she still doesn’t seem all that bright to me.)
