Personally, my strategy would be centered on the theme that kidnapping a governor in this day and age is a ridiculous plan on its face. We aren’t talking about using an extension ladder to kidnap the Lindbergh baby here. What a truly stupid idea. If their goal was to kidnap so they could have some phony trial which would result in execution, wouldn’t a straightforward assassination plan be much easier to pull off?
