Yes, the witch hunt against Donald Trump makes me uncomfortable. It should make all of us uncomfortable as it is proof we have devolved into a police state. Maybe I just don’t understand New York, but I have never seen something like this where a criminal defendant is formally charged in open court and the defendant’s alleged actions aren’t clearly spelled out in charging documents and how those acts violated the law.
While I would have preferred a talking indictment, I'm not sure "selling it to the public" is all that important.
