There's no doubt that Holder has been great at bringing in money, as well as financially managing the AD. He's also been pretty decent at hiring coaches. His big picture ability has been great and the overall growth astounding.
Apparently he sucks at day to day managing personalities, contract negotiations, and PR pr to a degree.
So since we pay Holder nothing, create a new position under holder that deals only with those areas, pay them well, get them in front of TV's. Holder can tell them what he wants communicated or what the max contracts can be (sets budgets), but that's it.
