That's the mental capacity of Kamala voters.
American voters have spoken! They're tired of the "dumbing down" dimms have subjected them to. Trump's landslide pummeling election victory proves this.
Looks like she went on a three week bender
To be fair, the left image is as staged and enhanced as possible (within reason) to make her look young, healthy, and energized.
And the right one catches a tired facial expression mid-speaking.
I always thought the image on the left made her look about 5 times better than any of the videos in her campaign ads.
