You have to laugh at the stupidity of anyone that believes Democrats are the protector of Democracy. If anything Democrats want to destroy Democracy and create one party authoritarian rule.
There are no morals and ethics when it comes to them. When you’ve sold your Godless souls to politics, anything goes.

What they say about Trump is what they are saying about themselves.
Of coarse. They know nothing about Trump so they have to project what they know into the attack. What they know is about themselves. They inderstand that Trump is not like them, so they have to make him in thier image to beat him.
They have to run on a "Trump is evil" campaign because they have no record of their own to run on.
Can't run on the economy of the past 4 years, because of the inflation under their watch.
Can't run on immigration, because even Dems are tired of feeding and housing the 20+ million who have entered under their watch.
Can't run on identity politics, because even even leftist companies are dumping DEI as a failure.
Can't run on LBGTQ+, because only the extreme left think men in women sports or transgender surgeries for inmates is logical.
Can't run on foreign policy, thanks to our ties to multiple new wars in the past 3 years.
Can't run on tax breaks, because they've been in power for 4 years and didn't create any.
Can't even run on legalizing Marijuana, because in 4 years, they're still "working on it".
That leaves them abortion, which is now a state's issue and not a federal issue, and Trump is evil.
