Justice System

American justice works and that is one thing that makes it a great country
First it convicted an ex president and there was a lot of noise by him and his supporters.
Now it has convicted the sitting Presidents son.
This is what you guys should be proud of.
And soon we will have cleaned up the corruption within our government and judicial systems. Takes time, but The People are up to the task.

Best of wishes in Pakistan. Hope things are well for you and your family.

I fully agree!

Our justice system works. It has flaws, no doubt. There are still reforms and improvements that are needed. But all Americans should definitely be proud that no man is above the law in this country, and that includes Presidents and their families.

Joe Biden is a kid sniffing, kid groping, creepy whispering in kids' ears pedophile.

You don't have the moral authority to discuss matters of justice when you support a man who showers with his daughter.
You don't have the moral authority to discuss matters of justice when you support a man who cheats on his wife, while she is pregnant, with a pornstar. Or a man who brags about committing sexual assault against women.

Need I go on?

Yes, that is your hypocrisy slapping you in your face right now.

Democrats lost this argument when they defended Bill Clinton.

The American justice system didn’t convict an ex president. The New York injustice system did. Big difference there, Abdul.

I would have once agree with the thought the Justice System was merely flawed but seeing what some of the DA's are doing or better said not doing, it's obvious to me the system isn't flawed, it's a purposely orchestrated process to create chaos on society.

I didn't know that NY isn't part of America. And trump is the proud son of the same state.
They know their own better than somebody sitting in Oklahoma's

Legally speaking. No, they are not. The courts in NY are separate from all other courts, and have their own rules and laws they enforce.
But those rules and laws must align with and not violate the United States Constitution. Who is Trump hoping eventually throws out his conviction? The United States Supreme Court.

So legally speaking, at the end of the day, NY is part of the United States. @aliabedi was right.

Sorry, no, each state has its own independent judiciary, separate from the federal system. It's why we have state courts and federal courts.

True. But again, those judiciaries must align with and not violate the United States Constitution. Thus, NY is part of the United States.

Are you seriously going to argue this obvious truth? 🤣🤣

Is your dear leader Trump wrong when he publicly appeals to the federal United States Supreme Court to overturn his conviction?

So you can qualify but I can't? At least my qualification was legit. This is why I told you not to scream hypocrisy.

So you can qualify but I can't?
You aren't qualifying though, you made a claim.

You claimed, legally speaking, NY is not part of America. That was your claim. And it is flat out wrong.

NY is, legally speaking, part of America (the United States). Even Trump knows this lol!

So, who is wrong. you or Trump?

What a dilemma for you now.🤣🤣

What dilemma. I am not wrong. If Trump disagrees with me he is wrong as well. So are you saying you agree with trump on something?

Yes, I absolutely agree with Trump that he could try to get the Supreme Court to overturn his conviction. He won't be successful, but he can try. And he can try because the United States Supreme Court has appellate jurisdiction over state courts. NY is, after all, part of the United States legally speaking.

I am not wrong.
lol, just can't admit when you are wrong, can you? How sad.

The reason why dems were happy about Trump getting a state charge (NY court) is be because if he becomes president he can't pardon himself (Federal court). Two distinct legal systems.
Do you believe a President should be allowed to pardon himself? A Democrat President, for example?

One of trump's kids is a pornstar now. Lol. Yuck yuck

Depends, is the DOJ controlled by political activist that weaponize the substantial assets of the US government to go after political opponents? If so I would expect every President from here on would issue themselves a blanket pardon right before they leave office.
