Random comments:
1) Drum wasn't even half full. Pathetic crowd. Overrated coach. Old facility. And we still laid a brick.
2) I've been to games here in Austin where we had hundreds if not thousands of OSU fans. Tonight I didn't see more than 10 or 15 total. Very disappointing.
3) Our seniors Forte and Hammonds are absolutely killing us. Bizarre and/or inexcusable.
4) Texas as expected was bigger than us at most if not all positions by a wide margin. With their bigs in they really made it tough on us to work our offense or get easy buckets. Somehow they also broke our press with complete ease.
5) As everyone saw, we got beat over and over and over and over again for easy layups. Then missed our own on the other end (which were contested unlike UT's).
6) Until our 2 seniors step up we're going to struggle. Get one of them back to where they are capable of playing we can win 20+ and make the dance. Get them both where they need to be and we can make some noise in March.
But tonight was a bitter, bitter loss against such a weak opponent with no significant home court advantage.
