The dishonesty of the MSM ignoring and doing it's best to sweep this part of the story under the rug is the reason a good percentage of the country no longer trusts the MSM.
Pretty damming if even 1/2 is true. Hope everyone of these clowns is scooped up if guilty and hit with the maximum penalties. Simply no room in the US for this type of activity. Really still believe the only way to get the ship righted and honest is a states convention with term limits being the first thing to tackle.
Agree about the states convention and term limits. However, neither of those will prevent an unelected government bureaucracy from going rogue. The incestuous relationships between government officials and media is also a problem as is the revolving door of Wall Street with government.
Hopefully the IG report is hitting this week and getting this ball rolling. It seems like everyone is waiting on that.
The MSM will ignore the report doing it's best to make it go away or they will try to discount any and all revelations in order to protect those that were doing their bidding.
It's hard for me to come to grips with but I am now convinced there is a large percentage of our country that doesn't care and actually supports government abusing it's power to go after political opponents. Ironically that same group supports a government take over of every facet of our lives.
Imprimis, oh no doubt. But it would almost negate the need to pick sides and ensure yours and your parties longevity, via fundraising on fear prevails. Also negates the purposeful pushing of BS narratives. Not sure what can be done about the incestuous relationship between government officials and the lame media, except when there are leaks or malfeasance the person committing these offenses needs to suffer the full force of the law, regardless of ethnicity, sex, financial well being, party, time of service and so on.
in my world a few other fixes....
1. No money can be donated to a candidate from outside their district. Your constituency is local so funding should be the same. If that means a new amendment needs to be pushed that candidates get "x" number of dollars to run even if subsidized by tax dollars so be it. No reason in the world for someone to spend 10's of millions of dollars to get elected to an office that only pays low to mid 6-figures. Anywhere else in the world this would be considered bribery. Bought and paid for candidates have bought and paid for agendas. Need a true diffusion of blood and ideas in congress.
2. No birthright citizenship, PERIOD!
3. Any law passed by congress for "we the people" also applies the parasitic whores in congress.
I've advocated for the British system. Many years ago, I saw an expose' on Members of Parliament campaigning for office. They were limited to a small amount of money they could spend which forced most to get out and beat on the doors of their constituents. Obviously, British districts are much smaller and more compact than US districts due to the size of the countries. It would be very hard for the one congressman from Wyoming to walk the entire state. However, there could be limits on how much they can troll for and how much they can spend each election cycle.
Do you know how dumb you sound bagging on this guy? He laid out the blueprint for what to expect over the next year. Ignoring it is stupid.
