John Ketchup Kerry is trying to save his Iran "deal"

Can you imagine if Palin or W were doing something like this? How could he save this horrible deal, even if it were legal, and one can’t help help but notice all the libs/progeny/D’s calling him out....NOT!

Politicians and ex-politicians think they are all above the law. Thus far the Clinton cabal has operated under this premise.

Kerry has no authority, and Iran wants to use him to try make this all blow over so they can get back to making nukes like they did under the prior administration. Just goes to show you how stupid Kerry is, he still wants a deal in which the US gets nothing in return.

The Logan Act is one of the most unenforced pieces of legislation in American history.

Except the fact that we have several agencies monitoring 24/7 border patrols and detention/deportation, enforcing the law.

No, makes it worse, doing a shitty job of trying to enforce the law and in some incidents elected officials purposely not enforcing the law. When they start trying to enforce the Logan act and a bunch of people are immune and suck taxpayers dollars while doing so, now we have equal incompetence.

Get with the program. You only enforce laws liberals like.

So now that we won’t have internationally-coordinated nuclear inspectors and set levels of nuclear fuel inventory, Trump is gonna make sure they don’t build nuclear weapons, right?

Surely he and and his new-and-improved national security team have a rock-solid plan to prevent Iranian nuclear proliferation, huh?

For the Obama fanboy, Google IR-8 centrifuges and get back to us.

My two questions are.....first......
You never break a negotiated deal unless you have a better plan ......what is it?
second.....
Why would any country (i.e North Korea) ever trust the US again? This was a multilateral deal, negotiated in good faith. The other countries that signed this , and our own intelligence agencies are saying that Iran is in compliance. The only country saying they are not is Israel, and they have reasons for convincing the US to pull out of this deal which are not in our best interest

seems like it would be pretty dumb to assume this is the first NK (or iran for that matter) knew of this, why it happened and what the next step is.

aren't you some kind of military intelligence guy? isn't this exactly the sort of thing that probably exists but is at present unknown to us here on 24/7?

just seems like an odd thing for you to say.
I was not a military intel guy, I was an military analyst, I analysed and interpreted the intel.........Iran just did the smartest thing thing they could possibly do......they just announced that they will stay in the agreement with the other signatories.........that makes it virtually impossible for the US to do anything.......it ties our hands completely, and ruins our credibility as a world leader

Can we get the airplane full of cash back.
The cash we gave them was theirs, it was from their assets we froze during the Iran hostage crisis..........not that I think we should have given it back, but could not keep it legally

Or, Obama could have sent this deal to the Senate to ratify as a Treaty which would have limited Trump's ability to get out.

What exactly was the US getting from the Iran deals (yes, the side deals that were secret)? Iran gets IR-8 centrifuges to completely modernize their enrichment capability and buckets of cash to invest in it and their delivery technology. What, we get 8 years to not worry while Iran gets 8 years and plenty of money to emerge very prepared to build their bombs? Great "deal."

I don't do gifs, but if I did it would be one giving Iran the middle finger. They're no one I'd trust, and they've shown that.

First let me say that no deal is "great".......deals are a compromise by all parties involved, neither side gets all of what they want......the biggest thing it did was put into place a very high level of monitoring, monitoring every stage of production, delivery and implementation of fissionable material........Iran , like any other country has the right to a peaceful nuclear program, and the deal had curtailed Iran's ability produce or obtain weapons grade material.......the US will now put sanctions back in place, but the other countries in this agreement will not. Unless we want to put sanctions on our closest allies, there is really nothing we can do. And it gives Saudi Arabia an excuse now for producing nuclear weapons, they already have the capability, had chosen not to............

yikes.

well, i guess we'll have to see how it plays out, huh?

So then why would even trust North Korea? they have actually signed two agreements with the US and broke both of them

I'm not saying I trust NK. I'm actually leaning to the "I don't" side. Really, in today's world, I don't trust anyone.
