Who doesn't have a photoID? Can't bank without one or rent/buy/sell property without one and almost everything else. Anyone on the public dole has to have one. Hell, I had to show my DL just to drop off old computers at my city's recycle event yesterday.

Everyone born or who does anything in the US has to have a social security number.

Those getting by in life without a photoID are as rare as a democrat with a functioning brain.
