And in terms of endorsements, Harris just got another major endorsement from another Republican.

The NYT has the race at one point cause then they have options. If Harris does great in the debate, then they can jump her back to 5-6 points ahead and claim it was cause of her 'amazing' debate performance.

If she bombs, then they can tank her even more. Obama will put out the clarion call and tell them if they also call for her to be canned as well, as he did with Biden's debate.

But if they have Kamala up 5-6 points now then she dominates the debate, they can't really change the polls to reflect that.
