Its a good argument imo, although it will open other cans of worms potentially. How would this apply to a number of standard 'service' industries. Could a dry cleaner then refuse service to someone? Could a photographer (Mega) refuse to do photo shoots? It's an interesting argument. Can't refuse to sell a product but can't be forced into labor.

One of my businesses is a pest control company. I don't crawl under people's homes (crawl space) any more although it's a great place to find critters. Could the government force me to do so if I refused to do that? Its a good argument imo, although it will open other cans of worms potentially. This is where my free-market principles (calling Ponca Dan - lol) fall. I don't understand the desire of an individual to do business with a company that doesn't WANT your business, when there are plenty of others who do (or if not, then congrats, you just found your million dollar idea).I read where this particular couple went to 12 different bakeries to find one that would not make their cake for them. They were looking to have an excuse to take someone to court.

Real story...about 25 years ago, I asked a Muslim apartment dweller to remove the stuff in his cabinets so I could kill the roaches and he refused. I told him it didn't bother me if he wanted to live with the f'kers and walked out. I'd likely be keel hauled today if I did that.No. But if you did normally go into crawl spaces, but explicitly chose not to do so at a Mosque (for example), would that be allowed?

This is where I’m at as well. To be honest, I think restaurants should be able to put “whites only” or “blacks only” in the window. I’d rather discrimination be open and transparent. The free market in 2018 will take care of itself.
I really wanted to laugh at this one, but you under-delivered bigly. Disappointing. Quite a few good plays still sitting out there, hanging low like Clintard's IQ.This is all driven by self-hating, closet bakers.
