Was listening to Dave Asprey this week and heard him speak of using an inversion table.

Any of you use them? Are they worth it or just a marketing scam?

We have one. Wife loves it. Me not so much. I feel like I'm just to big for it. She would tell you it's worth every penny. She's on it 3 times a week for past 5 years+.

She works over patients all day so she has back issues. She has a masseuse that comes over bi weekly but she feels the teeter helps keep her lower back in good shape. She also will tell you she had lost an inch of height by her 40's and the inversion table decompressing the spine helped her gain back that inch. Helps her range of motion she says..... She used to use it daily years ago...I forgot we had an older model back before our car wreck where she broke her neck. So she's been hanging on these for over 8 years.

I saw that hypertension was one of the potential side effects. I assume she's seen nothing of the sort?
