A lot of Red State hurt potentially... interesting graphic for sure. Even in blue states the industries hardest hit if a full blown trade war erupts are those mostly aligned with the right (as in agribiz). Not smart politically.

Will this impact tech manufacturing much? Heard an interesting ditty on NPR that this is kind of painting China in a corner in that it will hurt their manufacturing of high-profit margin equipment, but not the cheap, grind it out stuff. Have no idea if that's true, but it was an interesting take that made a case there's actually a method to the madness to protect the really valuable manufacturing stuff.
