The top 30.2% of all individual tax return's filed account for 72% of income, 85.9% of combined income and social insurance taxes, and 101.3% of (net) individual income taxes paid.

Obama is planning to take more through executive action. Not opening the treasury and giving $24,000+ to 5 million illegals would be a good start or going after Sharpton and the other freeloaders for their back taxes. Of course, those actions don't fit the agenda but punishing the producers does.
