Actually, I take that back. Obama helped this country become far more conservative at the state level which helped to states drawing more conservative House districts and almost guaranteeing an R led house for a couple more decades. He also helped destroy the Democratic Party allowing Trump to come in and likely tilt the Supreme Court for 3 decades.
