The big difference was that Bin Laden was a man without a country.......This was a high ranking member of the Iranian Government, so we have now taken on an entire country. There was a reason previous administrations declined to take this kind of action. There is no doubt this guy deserved to be killed, but the consequences could be more than we bargained for

The method is something to consider as well. Have to think other options, those that achieved the goal without clear public fingerprints, were offered.
