Hi gang, The neighboring historic ranch is going up for sale.... it's quite the place, beautiful older mansion, 3250 acres of rolling hills ranch/farm land, big lake (great bass lake and the waterski on it), foremans quarters & barns/pens, great deer hunting/ great duck hunting...etc. Wish I could afford it. About 7.5 Mil. Quite the show place and working cattle ranch. This is my neighbor on two sides. If you know of anyone who might be interested in a great place, send them my way. Its 30 minutes nortwest of Denton. I will miss the current owners as they are friend, and bought this ranch in the 1950s.
