If you remember Biden had a year to thwart the invasion and did nothing. IMO Biden wanted Putin to invade Ukraine and wants it to drag on as long as possible.

Biden has us in a war that is drawing down our military equipment and costing us billions. It's bad enough that even Biden has admitted we are running low on ammunition and are having to resort to sending Cluster Bombs. That is not a good look no matter how you want to spin it.

What does that defeat look like? Is it just Putin leaving Ukraine, Putin's removal from power, the fall of Russia or something else? Tell us what your definition of defeating Putin looks like.
I think he's doing better than Ukraine. From what I've read Russia has established a near impenetrable defensive front that cannot be breached without air and artillery superiority, neither of which Ukraine has. Their counter-offensive is reduced to human attacks across open fields that is getting their soldiers slaughtered. I've read that the difference in casualties is anywhere between 3 to 1 and 7 to 1. If those numbers are anywhere near accurate I'd say Russia has the upper hand. If you're reading different accounts I'd love to know what and where I can read them myself.
I have linked to this website before. It is highly partisan in support of Russia, you can’t lose sight of that fact. But if it’s remotely accurate things look bad for Ukraine.

I've asked you to share the sources of your information regarding the outcome of the fighting, but you havn't complied. I shared a source with you telling you in advance that it is pro-Ruussin, so keep in mind it is biased in that direction. But that doesn't mean it is without knowledge of the situation. Your sources are probably biased in the Ukrainian camp, and that should also be considered suspect, although some of it surely is accurate. I generally try to meet the two biases in the middle and assume that is a much closer approximation of the truth. I would say anyone who thinks Ukraine is winning - or has already won! - is deluded by his own propaganda.
