I found it odd Biden had to throw this in today.

"I also hope we can lay to rest the question about the integrity of the American electoral system — it is honest, it is fair, and it is transparent," Mr. Biden said. "And it can be trusted, win or lose."

Why even bring it up? Maybe because it wasn’t fair?
