At some point Congress has to act and vote to remove the treaties. The McGirt ruling really f’d everything up. I do want to see the tribes try to tax non-tribal people. That out to be fun to watch.

That's not how treaties work unless that SCOTUS is fully bought and paid for...

I have a relative who is involved with several cities around Tulsa. He has advised them that if the taxing happens they should cut off all utilities to every casino. That would bring them to the table.
