Trump just pointed out what was happening in the press. He didn't create their deciept. CNN and BBC, WaPo and the Times all started with the partisan agenda pushing lies and manipulation of the entire democratic process.

Then the dicks try and push it onto Russia while ignoring that they themselves tried to do the exact same thing. You sound like you missed this too.

I feel like a good history lesson is in order. The Trump/Hitler media comparisons are just as stupid, which is really stupid, as any others. The Nazi party didn't work to discredit the press. They didn't have to. They took it over. Literally.

Trump has bashed certain individuals. I do not recollect him bashing any specific group of people other than illegal immigrants, Radical Islamic Terrorists and the media. I have really been curious about the motivation of all these protestors because they don't really seem to defending the rights of the three aforementioned groups. They appear to be just angry people that like to show up at events and solidify their place in history as being irrelevant, uninformed, paranoid idiots or "Robert Deniros" for short. I continue to be baffled by this Hitler talk. There was a time when crossing the line that far would have just been unthinkable. To me, hearing those references is equal to using the "N" word.

I disliked Obama for a myriad of reasons but never accused Obama of being Hitler. Not once. The Hitler Derangement Syndrome is certainly alive and well. Please tell us you're not being drawn to it.

I'm attempting to explore when you might become concerned about the authoritarian tendencies of a national leader...not when you think they might be the next Hitler. So far, the best I can gather is that you'll become concerned about authoritarian tactics, decisions, and improper use of executive authority by the current President at the point he fires up the gas chambers and not before.

That seems like a hysterical response to the equally hysterical Hitler derangement syndrome. It also seems that you likely had a different standard when it came being concerned about the improper exercise of executive authority when it came to the prior President. All just my opinion, of course.
