Might be next year, but probably time for a Holder to step in again and tell Gundy we are hiring an OC and you are staying away from the offense. Worked in the past and working now on defense. Spencer has said best thing about his job is Gundy let's him make ALL decisions and spends his time with the offense. Not stirring anything up, but I have said it for a long time.......he doesn't like the spread or understand it.
