Why would any bowl game start at 10:15 pm eastern time? Even more improbable, the two opponents are from the CST. So their bleary eyed, uninterested fans can stay up and watch the game and the sun come up at the same time. There should be a rule that any game that starts at 10:15 pm est. should have a running game clock.
