Here’s Your Trump Effect

Did he assemble peacefully, Nazi?
Has he been charged with unlawful assembly? No, he has not! Has he been charged with *any* crime? No, he has not. He’s been “disappeared” like something the Nazis did. Only a Nazi sympathizer would approve of what our government has done to him. Are you a Nazi sympathizer?

Disappeared like Hamas (Palestinians) disappeared all those Israelis and Americans? Are you a Jew hater and a Hamas (Palestinian) sympathizer?

You need to update yourself on federal law on occupying a public building and holding people against their will and causing students to fear for their safety and preventing them from attending class.

This dude and many others need their asses kicked back to where ever they freaking came from.

I ask again: what federal law has he been charged with violating?

Besides the obvious crime of trespassing and vandalism and kidnapping and battery the US government has the right to deport:

“An alien whose presence or activities in the United States the Secretary of State has reasonable grounds to believe would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States is deportable.”

If you support Hamas, an officially designated foreign terrorist organization the courts have ruled in Ruiz-Massieu you can be deported.

I consider them domestic terrorists. Rubber bullets, tear gas and tasers would fix the problem imo. I'll patiently wait for the body cam vids.

With which of those crimes has our government charged him while imprisoning him in Louisiana?

He's being held for his deportation hearing on March 27th. From reports I've heard he was served with a notice to appear before a immigration judge for a deportation hearing and refused to sign it. If I refuse to sign a traffic ticket they take me to jail. Surely you are not one of those that thinks laws should not be enforced equally.

In the document, the Department of Homeland Security cited a provision in immigration law that gives the secretary of state the authority to deport someone if it is determined that the person “would have serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States.”

“The Secretary of State has determined that your presence or activities in the United States would have serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States,” it continued.

The agency issued Khalil a notice to appear before an immigration judge for deportation proceedings, with a hearing set for March 27 at the detention center in Louisiana where he is being held, according to the document obtained by NBC News. DHS said Khalil “refused to sign” the document, which was dated as having been served to him Sunday, the day after he was arrested.

I think a public flogging is in order for the turd, then mandatory deportation for him, his wife and the boiling turd in her gut.

Bearcat, I understand you are drunk on the power your team has today, and after decades of humiliation at the hands of your political adversaries you relish the chance to get back at them. What I hope you understand (but fear you do not) is your political adversaries will eventually get power back and will use the precedents your team has established to do to you what you currently glory in being able to do to them. When that time comes don’t whine that what they’re doing to you (which is what you are currently doing to them) should be abolished. The only ears with which your complaints will resonate will be mine. (Assuming I haven’t been “disappeared” by your team first.)

WTF where were you the last 4 years. While I'm sure you see holding one of your own accountable to our laws is an abuse of power, it's not. If you read the law Trump has every right to put this guy through the deportation process.
We have no problem if this idiot wants to protest but taking over buildings, holding people hostage and destroying property is and always has been against the law. Because the folks running Biden refused to enforce the law is not a reason to ignore the law.

You remind be of my fellow OSU football fans when Les Miles was our coach and beat the hated Sooners a time or two when nobody else seemed capable of doing it. After decades of being treated like “OU’s Little Brother” being humiliated at every turn we finally thought we had their number. And what was our reaction? We became the same smugly arrogant fans toward them they had been to us. And didn’t it feel wonderful! But when the table turned against us, as we should have known it inevitably would, they set new records of disgusting putrid animosity toward us in retaliation for forgetting our place. You are setting yourself up for the same abject shock sorrow and horror when the Democrats get back in power. What the Trump administration is doing here may be “lawful,” but it is “lawful” like a police state would be. You do none of us, including yourself, a favor by cheering what is happening. The Democrats almost certainly be “lawful” times two when they wrest control away from MAGA.

LMAO, you remind of Democrats who ignored our immigration laws and allowed millions of illegals to cross our borders because of their feelings. Sorry Dan but we are either a nation that enforces our laws equally or we are not a nation.
