I sure hope the purge was complete! This “Team” needs to get back to “We”’not “Me” at least when trying to set Team goals for next year!
I fully understand there has been a seismic shift in team dynamics with the transfer portal. I also know there will be some that leave yearly. But there has to be policies in place to nip negativity in the bud and immediate dismissal for anyone recruiting players to quit the program.
Communication has to improve and there have to be people on staff keeping track of team chemistry since apparently, our Head Coach is so clueless he either knew of discontent and allowed it to implode by doing nothing, or worse, didn’t know it was going on.
