Good day for religious liberty...

No. Asking McDonalds to make one with broccoli or asparagus or some other non-routine ingredient would warrant a refusal.
No one suggested the baker make a broccoli cake - the objection was passed on the frosting color and/or the presence of two male names on the cake. I think that falls within the definition of "routine" for a baker.

Your post, your point that despite continued existence of racism, it will be just fine to let business decide who they choose to provide accommodation to and who they don't...

I know if I was gay I would prefer to not pay someone to bake me a cake not knowing they disapproved of my lifestyle. Making them bake that cake does not make them tolerant or less homophobic. What is the point when getting a baked cake is easy? To prove to someone gay is normal when they will never accept that? If I learned that after fact I would be wondering if they spit in the ingredients, etc....

This whole cake deal is nothing. Someone refused to make me a cake because I was white? Fine with me and I would rather know that than not knowing.

If quoting your posts is making you uncomfortable, the problem might be what you are posting....just saying.

You did not just quote me, you asked a question from my quote that came off as profiling, if you feel the need to defend yourself...just saying.

Perfectly comfortable, profiling question is just that.

Maybe for you. It wasn't for a person with religious objections.

You assert that refusing to bake a cake because of the message conveyed should be considered nonstandard - I present a contrary example. You reply with "that's what you think". Do I have it right?

Ahhhh, so asking a clarifying question is victimizing you? Damn, just did it again...

You just make stuff up and tell people what their narrative is, master spin for sure. Appreciate the entertainment and chuckle. Lefts are experts at creating victims in their own minds, you just proved it.

Self awareness - get some.

Personally I look forward to the day our country becomes progressive enough that no one can refuse to perform their job just because they disagree with someone else's views. Then maybe we will have some decent musical acts at a republican presidential inauguration.

Or travel bans to states with laws you disagree with.
