Honestly not meant to be a rant, but there is a level of frustration because of lack of transparency or unknown factors. Here goes....
There are several on this board that seem to have inside information around fundraising. Right now all appearances indicate OSU is not capable or cannot convince people to pony up money at the level necessary to be competitive in a revenue generating sport long term. We all recognize the party is about to change relative to revenue sharing, but that is not going to be enough. Programs are good at operating in a grey area. OSU does not even know or want to operate there.
Unless the powers to be change the rules and get collegiate sports out of this agent/lawyers cluster "F". Our peers are going to kick our collective ass.

If true, can we get off this merry-go-round and just be a group 5 program? If false, then can we stop blowing smoke up people's ass and move the damn needle?
