I was not aware of sys’s posts about Scalia, but they’re also completely out of line

I have them on ignore what did they say?
Fvck all your outrage - everybody's. Scalia was a TREMENDOUS dick and took pride in it. Dying didn't change that. He molested the constitution with Bush v. Gore. He was a hateful, thick, selfish, old dick.
These federal judges frequently hang out until they're in a coma. She should've retired under Obama -- totally selfish decision, imo. I hold her jurisprudence in high regard but her personal ambitions to hang around was NOT charming to me. I've had it up to my chin with bitchy old burned-out judges that should've stepped down 20 years ago. The stories I could tell. She refused to step down because she liked the perks and having the job.
That said, she'll probably outlive all you dorks celebrating her bad health. I'll be chipping in for whatever we need to keep her heart beating at least once a day.
Sys...chill out. You’re not helping yourself with this. Scalia was on the good side of plenty of SCOTUS decisions that both libs and cons could celebrate, just as he was on the other side. Same with most SCOTUSes.
Just drop it and move on.

I snorted.@Syskatine you could learn a thing or two about civility from this young man. I highly suggest you listen to him.

If Scalia does his job we don't have the Iraq war. No Isis. That decision was a power grab that he led. You see the result.
Money shot. And if you take your Midol, we're spared your ninny-assed hissy fits.
you've got all of us on ignore?I have them on ignore what did they say?
Cup has a history of using unsavory photos/cartoons. He's used photos of disabled military veterans numerous times in the past to push his obscene political agenda.![]()
Posted by @CowboyUp after Justice Scalia passed away. Again, no one called him out for this bullshit. Looks like CowboyUp is a racist!

I'd never crossover to be on your side.Double standard alert....
I've seen plenty of unsavory photos/cartoons posted by conservatives on this board. Apparently, you missed all of those. Don't be a snowflake.

Too late, hypocrite.
At least I have this going for me.I have them on ignore what did they say?
One of my neighbors is 81. He’s one of my best friends ever. We help each other out on stuff all the time, as well as just hang out and visit. I have to help him out a little more than I used to on the physical stuff, but he is a sharp guy.
I've told you before and I'll say it again: you are my favorite poster. I appreciate the "humanity" you bring to the board. One of my neighbors is 81. He’s one of my best friends ever. If she beats this, then good for her.
Translation: She's too weak to leave the house so we'll pretend she is actually doing her work while; in fact, her clerks do all the work and she just signs her name to the finished product.

Nope. Just my supposition based on a life of experience. Hence, my 'translation' as I saw it of the article.I’m sure you evidence of this lol

Jumping to conclusions... general conspiratorial ramblings... random thoughts based on how crazed the left is to not allow Trump to replace RBG....

PotatO.... PoTATo.
Not accurate at all. Someone show some video of her actually at a desk reading the pleadings and working on a response and directing her clerks - I'd have no problem saying she's active and working. Absent evidence one way or the other, the mind is free to wander.Translation:

How long does the American public have to wait in order to ask for proof of life?
in fact, her clerks do all the work and she just signs her name to the finished product.
Damn it JD.Official statements from the Supreme Court spokesperson that she is alive and well and working from home isn’t enough proof of life for you?
After one missed week (and and upcoming second week) in 25 years?
Seems excessive on your part to me.
Notice in my post that I did include 'directing her clerks'.That pretty accurately reflects how opinion writing is done for all the Justices of the Supreme Court. Clerks do almost all the research and actual drafting under supervision and direct of the Justices.
