Well, help me out and provide the exact quote, estimates, and any evidence, or pictures, etc. Then I'll go ahead and do the research to fact check it. I recorded the inauguration. So I'll be able to check anything that's doctored.
And, I'll go ahead and let you know that I've assumed all along that Obama had more attendees. Which makes one wonder why Trump is the populist when numbers clearly indicate who the true populist was. His slogan was "Change", his acceptance was "Yes We Can." Obama ran as a populist IMO.
Which is worse, being a worthless liar or being a worthless lying bet welcher? Inquiring minds want to know.

The biggest crowd showed up on election day and gave Donald Trump an electoral landslide victory. It was yuuuge. But, the inaugural crowd wasn't too bad either.

What kills me is Trump has a legitimate chance to be a pretty popular president now that he's THE guy. If he would just shut his mouth and get to work instead of giving the media/the left constant fodder to ridicule him, with his need to exaggerate or just flat out lie. He just can't get out of his own way.
Can't stand lying but unfortunately if you are going to be offended by politicians and their surrogates lying then you might as well go crawl in a hole and just wait out the rest of your life in the fetal position. It's been happening for years and years. To all of a sudden try to take some moral high ground is laughable. First hand recollection of a President lying or playing loose with facts for me starts with Reagan and continues to get worse every administration after. I've always said that if one can get away with something than the next will push the envelope a little further and lie a little more. Executive orders seemed to be a much bigger power grab under Obama than with previous Presidents, does anyone think it will be less under Trump?
I actually think some of what Trump's team does is to be combative, over the top, and loose with the facts simply to keep the media always on the defensive. I thought Varad Mehta broke it down pretty good on Twitter yesterday, there are way too many tweets for me to post on here.
Unfortunately folks like Sys and other libs are too often distracted by shiny things and can't stay on point, who cares if Spicer said there was 100 million and only 1 million actually showed. You can only make a big deal out of so many things before folks just stop listening to you, doesn't matter if you are factually right or not. You all have to learn to choose your battles with Trump because if you try to fight every single one of them you all are destined to lose in 2020 to him. He's playing the long game and you all are playing the short game.

Inky, I agree with some of what you're saying but his very first day he told obvious, clumsy lies. Imagine what they'll try to get away with when people can't look with their eyes and see that what they are saying is objectively untrue.
Obama isn't president now. I think Hillary said some reeeally dishonest, stupid shit through the years, and she rightfully paid the price for it.

Sure. I don't have time to really get a good list going, but I'll submit the biggest lie of the last generation to get the ball rolling: The Iraq War. Greeted as liberators, yellow cake (when it was debunked they went after Clark and his wife for debunking it), lets add up the carnage and consequences of that particular draft dodger's dishonesty - a list, if you will. Then let's add up the carnage from Benghazi, which I guess is the right's biggest beef, and compare the two. Can we work up that list, too?
