If it is against a white straight Christian male, it's free speech. If it is against any of the victim class, it's hate speech. This plays out in the workplace, the media, the courtroom, anywhere.

When I worked in a liberal city I used to talk shit about white people all the time in our office and people laughed. That was it, zero repercussions.

For an example of this, find the YouTube of the little vangundy articulating how the last ten seconds of a basketball game has a secret set of rules that should be followed, but never officially written down. It's mind blowing.
