You know its weird. You'd think that if political perspective mattered then the current 7-day trends for deaths would lean towards Republican states. Yet, Oklahoma has ZERO average deaths from covid over the past 7 days. NY has 101. And before you talk about population differences, I'd note Florida has 12 average deaths per day from COVID. Even more ironic is the fact that NY, the state with some of the strictist Covid restrictions, a very left-leaning populace, and has over 80% of its population with at least 1 vaccine shot has nearly 2X the 7day average cases of the next state (70K vs. 48K in Cali, 46K in Texas, and 45K in FL).
The only person that is convinced by your low effort talk is you and that’s the problem.
If this same situation was going on with Trump in office the MSM and Democrats would be raising hell but since it's Biden, you don't hear anywhere near the same rhetoric.
Wife works for very left-wing company, and they are all going back into the office next week after being home for well over a year. Daughter works for the SBA and got word today, yes Saturday they are going back to the office on Tuesday. Looks like the Democrats are pulling all the stops out to try and manipulate people into thinking everything is getting better for Mid Terms. I'm able to recognize that 2020 COVID numbers are worthless, as they reflected a time when vaccines were unavailable, and even treatments were still under development. Combining those numbers to continue to make policy decisions is as idiotic as Fauci using the mortality rate of the disease for the elderly to justify getting shots in arms of 5 year olds. Thinking requires nuance, and its clear thats beyond you.

Houston leads the country in Immigration, most of it illegal. David lives in Portland which is 77.4% white, lily white compared to Houston. Liberal open border policies have been forced on Texas and also Houston which now has all the problems associated with massive illegal immigration, including the financial burden and associated poverty.
Texas should do what Florida is considering, they should bus all those illegals to Portland and make Portland back up their talk about wanting to be a more diverse and accepting city and foot the bill and higher crime rates that come with it.
I did business in Portland for 12 years. I still remember the rural mail man in Wilsonville telling me what was in store for Portland. The guy nailed it.
