I wonder if anyone, anywhere could every potentially make a similar claim about a letter that might somehow be possibly be related to something that may have happened that might sound like it could potentially shed a negative light on DiFi's next election campaign, maybe, potentially

i don't think Feinstein is lying. There is a letter. I question a letter about 2 high schoolers having 'inappropriate sexual conduct' showing up at a confirmation hearing 35 years later. That has SMEAR job written all over it.
Never in the history of the world has this happened except for this one time, maybe, potentially.
One thing we know for sure is that no one would lay claim to have had such relations with Diane
Robert “KKK” Byrd, Ted “Killer” Kennedy and Bill “The Rapist” Clinton all approve of this tactic......because after all this is about smearing a conservative not a lefty.
Its happened similarly, but never before has society given carte blanche acceptance of unverifiable accusations that are decades old. Particularly those accusations where the accuser remains anonymous.
Its also noteworthy that the accusation was raised not to Federal officials but to a Democratic Senator. That further highlights the political nature (or expediency) of the accusation.

What's sad, is that the real loser in these types of attacks are women who are actually subjected to innappropriate behavior. Just like the Weinstein case. The video of one accuser who clearly was into him as much as he was into her brings doubt to the claims of all the potential victims. If the left's new tactic is to raise questionable misconduct charges that are decades old (as seen against Trump, Roy Miller, and now Kavanaugh) eventually people will tune out these accusations. And it will be the real victims of assault that will get tuned out. Then again, maybe this misconduct really happened, but given its 35+ years later and the accuser went to the politicians and not the police, I'm skeptical.

Apparently, the letter was originally given to a California Representative who then gave it to Feinstein who has sat on the letter since June. It's all about doing anything to derail Kavanaugh...at the last minute. They know that if somehow if they can derail the vote to approve his nomination there is no way Trump/GOP Senate could get another nominee confirmed before November. The dems hope they can win the Senate and thwart all of Trump's judicial nominees---not just Kavanaugh.
Think the Senate Ethic committee should look into this.

He was probably doing what millions upon millions of other male HS students did and are doing...just trying to get some stinky finger.

She also hasn’t had the letter since June but rather late July...tho I’m sure neither poster will admit wrong here. That said, I also believe she still should’ve come forward sooner with the letter, but what truly matters is did he actually do it?

She was raped, yet she went to her congresswoman and not the police 35 years later? This story just doesn't pass the common-sense test. It may have happened, but she's gonna need more evidence than "well I say it happened".
Personally, the fact its stayed both anonymous and detail-less also lends me to believe there's not much here. The past year and a half has proven if there was anything at all juicy in this letter, that the details would have leaked. The fact they haven't makes me think that an 'unknown' letter that can be speculated upon is more damning than the actual details of the letter itself.
