So it is troubling to you? And for me this gets into "I don't care who wins," (I have stated over and over that I dislike Trump.) -- I just want a fair, legal election.

From state to state voting registration differs (and in some cases, it would be more difficult for illegal voters to slip thru the cracks). In California -- not difficult at all. What's happening there is no different than elections in a third world banana republic.
