I’m sure I’ll get negatived Nancyed for starting a new thread but I really think this is getting lost in all the Kavanaugh noise. When someone can bring an allegation against someone without evidence of any kind going back 30+ years and not suffer blowback for it we have crossed a very fine line in this country. Our country was founded with this principle solely due to it not being upheld in England. We saw it once before in the Salem witch trials and see how that turned out. Now something may have happened to this women but for her to think we will just automatically believe what she says without giving Kavanaugh a chance to defend himself is just plain ludicrous and goes against the very thing that keeps this country one of the most successful republics in history.
