Let's spend $53M in city tax dollars for pre-paid VISA cards for illegal immigrants because it will save the city $6.7M. That's the kind of math that makes today's teacher's union proud!

Why are Democrat insistent on providing free housing, food, healthcare and transportation to illegals? I'm sure American citizens living in poverty and the homeless are ecstatic Democrats have put illegals on the top of the handout list.
