So much I’m curious about but simply don’t have the time to research (kind of the stuff I wish journalists would do). How truly effective are boycotts in these situations? Yeah a couple companies said they were pulling ads but it seems like there’s always more willing to jump into the void. All the pulling of NRA discounts, did it really hurt memebership or donations?
Folks can say whatever they want but fun control is a pretty much a 50/50 situation and in my first glance I’d say the 2A folks much more committed to the cause and in a tremendously better spot to legally defend their position.
Being a foul mouthed shoot from the hip kid probably isn’t the winning spokesman for your cause. Where was this kid in relationship to where the shootings occurred? Doesn’t really matter I’m just curious. Same class room where folks got killed? Same hallway? Same wing? Same building? Doesn’t change my opinion of him or his expertise to speak out on the subject. So far I find him completely unqualified but unlike him I respect his right to use his amendment rights of free speech, whether I think he should be able to or not is immaterial.
