I’m not so sure this has the aspects of satire or humor at all (except for his byline....which even that I could see posted not in jest by some of the bloggers engaged in supposedly serious political discourse today. In fact, I’m pretty sure it doesn’t have aspects of satire or humor. It’s mostly just a lie designed to dupe the anti-Democrat gullible into reposting.

I get it though...it certainly stings when your joke goes over like a lead balloon. It’s the job of the joke teller to amuse the audience though, not the other way around. Your were the craftsman of a poorly crafted attempt at humor. It’s not the end of the world.
