College Football "luck" rankings

BYU appears to be in a similar position to last year's OSU team. Don't appear to be very good statistically, but according to this have gotten some breaks to swing games and may not be as good as their #13 ranking suggests. Also could be a reason that Vegas hasn't bought in on them.
