We have a cocktail tradition in out seats at O'Brate we named the "7th inning stretch" that is appropriately served at.............the 7th inning stretch. One part Patron XO Cafe and one part Bailey's shaken and served over ice.
The tradition went over so well at O'Brate we want to pick one up for Boone. We have a name "F**k OU". We need a recipe. My choice would be Makers neat. However, I have been informed it needs to be something more agreeable to a broader pallet. We are thinking something strong and sweet.
