I was watching Pat interview Manti Te'o and Manti talked about hos coach Freeman is asking his players what their intrest is out side of football (career / business wise) and then hooking them up with successful alums that can mentor them and help them get started in a career after football. I think it's a really cool idea and one that I'm surprised we don't hear more about. Does anyone know if we do anything like that? I know that would require Gundy to talk to players, but he could delegate that to some one I suppose.
